Who We Are

Changing Weighs™ has been providing one-on-one counseling, nutrition support groups and nutrition education classes since 1987. We presently offer in-home nutrition visits and office consultations at our Greenbelt and Annapolis Maryland locations.

Our Changing Weighs™ nutritionists are highly qualified professionals; all Registered Dietitians (R.D.'s) or Licensed Nutritionists with either Bachelor's or Master's Degrees in Nutrition. Each dietitian has completed a rigorous dietetic internship at a major medical center and has passed a national certification board exam. Registered Dietitians and Licensed Dietitians are the only medical professionals legally recognized by both the American Dietetic Association and the State of Maryland to provide nutrition evaluation and treatment programs.
